GSA 8(a) STARS II is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract engineered to provide Federal agencies with cutting-edge Information Technology (IT) solutions from award-winning 8(a) small businesses.

NIS is eligible for GSA 8(a) STARS II contracts in Constellations I & II, and in all four Functional Areas (FAs):

• FA 1 – NAICS 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services

• FA 2 – NAICS 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services

• FA 3 – NAICS 541513 – Computer Facilities Management Services

• FA 4 – NAICS 541519 – Other Computer Related Services

The scope of the 8(a) STARS II Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is centered on these FAs, derived from the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). The contract offers simple to complex IT service solutions such as: IT Help Desk support, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), Web 2.0, and more.
