Amanda Foxton

Amanda Foxton joined NIS in July 2022 as the Director, Program Operations. Amanda is a retired US Navy Surface Warfare Officer, with extensive leadership and project management experience, serving in both small and large firms in the Defense sector. Additional expertise includes program operations, continuous process improvement, business strategy and development, design thinking, UI/UX, and marketing.

 

Amanda is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and earned her Master of Management from the Penn State Smeal College of Business in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with additional graduate certifications in Business Administration, Business Architecture, and Strategic Leadership. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), and a certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
