Bert Belisch

Bert Belisch joined NIS in August 2017. He brings over 30 years of combined military leadership and IT program management experience. He has managed numerous programs throughout the U.S. Government from the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense and several Federal Civilian Agencies. Bert has managed a broad range of IT operations from Enterprise Services for networks, systems and software to Enterprise applications and custom software development. He is a veteran serving 20 years in the U.S. Army.

 

Bert holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from Texas Tech University and Master's in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Federal IT Security Professional-Management (FITSP-M) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
