Gary Kaczynski

Director, Program Operations

Gary M. Kaczynski joined NIS in April 2022. He brings over 30 years of combined engineering, telecom, and federal IT program management expertise to NIS.   Gary has managed a wide array of engineering design/install/test programs, and numerous programs for the Environmental Protection Agency, National Science Foundation, US Patent and Trademark Office, and other Federal civilian and DoD agencies. Program expertise includes Enterprise Service Desk operations, IT Infrastructure support programs, PMO organizations, and Network/Data Center operations and support.

Gary holds a BS degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Foundations + Intermediate, and is a certified Help Desk Institute (HDI) Support Center Manager (SCM).
