Janice Raleigh

Janice Raleigh joined NIS in June 2022 as Director, Human Resources. She brings 30+ years of Human Resources experience in both government contracting and public technology companies. Janice’s capabilities include strategic planning, benefits, talent acquisition, HRIS/ATS use and implementation, metrics, employee development and employee relations, compensation, and compliance as well as is knowledgeable in areas of payroll, policy and procedure creation, and compliance.

 

Janice holds a BS degree in Organizational Management from National Louis University and maintains both certifications as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR). She has been an active member of The Society for Human Resources Management for over 30 years.
