On December 7, the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic awarded Nationwide IT Services (NIS) a contract that provides technical support for the Integrated Service Center (ISC) Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and telephony. NIS will provide technical support for Avaya telephony hardware, software, infrastructure, Call Management System (CMS) applications, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application support (e.g. BMC Remedy ITSM and Oracle Database, Business Objects/Analytics).
