(NIS) understands that your privacy is important to you.  We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, which is any information that is capable of identifying you as an individual person.  This Privacy Policy describes how we handle and protect your personal data in connection with NIS business activities.
 

NIS uses your personal data to fulfill activities such as recruit and evaluate job applicants, review and address comments and questions, distribute newsletters and alerts to you, analyze website performance and functioning, prevent fraud, enforce the terms of use, comply with all applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations, and accomplish other purposes you may initiate or request.  
 

We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
 

All information will be obtained through lawful and fair means, and where appropriate, with the knowledge and consent of the concerned individual.   We will protect personal information by enforcement of our ISO 270001 and CMMC procedures that safeguards against loss and theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, or use and modification.


NIS’ websites are not designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 16.  NIS does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 16.
 

If you are visiting our site from outside the United States, be aware that your information will be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located within the United States. The collection, use, retention and any other processing of your information will be governed by United States law.
