Alphonso "Al" Ross

Alphonso Ross joined NIS in May 2019. He brings over 40 years of combined military senior leadership and management positions in support of the U.S. military in tactical and strategic wideband satellite communications, telecommunications, information systems, and security program management. He is a veteran serving 22 years in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. He oversees all Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) programs for NIS.

Al holds a Bachelor's in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University and a Master's in Human Services Management from Boston University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
